1. One of our fully trained surveyors will accurately measure your windows using digital technology to ensure your shutters fit right first time
2. Using computer aided design software, your order is processed and transmitted to the factory floor
3. Large stocks of basswood timber mean we can deal with any size order quickly and efficiently
4. Components are cut into specific dimensions to suit your window
5. High-tec specialist equipment ensures shutter profiles are machined accurately
6. Shutter panels are assembled and then placed in pneumatic clamps to ensure a tight, strong joint is achieved
7. After sanding and quality inspection, your chosen finish is applied on top of three previous coats of sealer and primer
8. After finishing, the panels go to final assembly in the frame of your choice
9. A final quality inspection takes place before shutters are loaded onto vans for delivery and fitting
10. Shutters are lifted into window openings and fixed in place by our fully trained and insured installers
11. Finishing touches and adjustments are made to ensure your shutters are properly fitted
